Metaverse BETA available now in the Microsoft store
Our metaverse beta test has been released and is a hyper realistic metaverse with show homes for you to peruse. The devs are busy builing up the whole island and there will be plenty of games and features by the time we reach Alpha stage. It's very early on for Income Island and we're excited to welcome you aboard with us on this journey!
The value of the property will increase by 0.5% every time another of the same type is minted (NB: Staking is not available for Pods). The full value of the property can be put on sale in the trade centre in phase 3. You can stake your property from the dashboard in the metaverse section above and get rewards in our native INCOME tokens.
Staking has been set up for you to receive a full return of investment. When property is purchased the starting price is used to work out the mining amount for a ROI of around 18 months in dollar value. You can choose to stake in 3 month, 6 month or 9 month durations. If you unstake the property sooner you will be charged a fee. This is to avoid people from unstaking and dumping the price from the amount that has been staked.
